This dynamic full-body strength class invites you into your body through play and curiosity. A space to challenge yourself while also listening to your edges. Expect to move to upbeat tunes, weaving yoga asana, functional strength and HIIT, completing our practice with some active stretching and a restorative integration. Leave feeling energized, empowered and grounded in your body.

In this class you can expect a functional whole body strength and cardio experience, using bodyweight, weights and bands. This class is curated for all levels and each session will bring dynamic engagement to your entire body while breathing in the fresh mountain air.

I met her during a time in my life where I really wanted to prioritize health and wellbeing. She has been a steadfast leader since day one. Our morning workouts have become some thing that I look forward to. She continues to challenge me while always being aware and mindful, if we are working around injuries. She varies the workouts and tailors it to our needs, so it is never redundant or boring. Not only is Emma the best trainer that I have worked with but she’s also an incredible human being.
